Allister North Hills

While Allister is a large community it offers a setting that makes you are living in a quiet neighborhood. The grounds are well kept with sidewalks that invite you to take a stroll to the doggie park or to any of the numerous business located nearby.

I lived at Allister for 5 years before moving out to purchase a house and I cannot recommend Allister enough! The staff is amazing (especially Noverlys!), amenities are great and overall is a very pleasant living experience. We will miss it and are thankful for such a great 5 years there.

Allister is a great community for young professionals. Very clean, pet friendly and fun. They even offer a pet grooming room for pets. The studio apartments have hardwood floors, beautiful dark wood kitchen and granite countertops. It's within walking distance to bars and concerts. Very fun yet quite place to live in!

Property is well kept and management team is kind, quick and resourceful. Offers many amenities including two pools, two clubrooms, dog park split to accommodate small and large breeds, 24/7 gym and more. It could not be a better location for shopping, restaurants and parks. Allister is a great place to call home for my family.

I have lived in Allister North Hills for a year and a half now and LOVE it! I looked extensively at the other apartments in north hills and allister is by far the best. It is its own complex, not in a shopping center which makes it feel much more residential and community based. The staff is friendly and helpful, hosting fun events each month which give you opportunity to meet the other residents. The pools are beautiful, I use those along with the 2 excellent gyms.

I can not imagine living any where else! The community is wonderful and the staff is excellent. When I was searching for a new place to live, Allister checked every expectation for my new home. The location is prime, price is ideal and the amenities are great. What I liked most about choosing Allister was that the environment and finishes feel home-y; not too modern yet still luxurious. My pup and I love it here!
